Concierge psychotherapy

Concierge Psychotherapy offers individuals and couples a therapeutic relationship designed around flexibility and discretion, meeting the demands of a full and complex life.

Care includes priority scheduling, same-week availability, and same-day sessions when needed, with the option to extend sessions (90 or 120 minutes). Clients also receive weekly check-ins between sessions, creating continuity and support beyond the therapy room.

Sessions may be held in-home, at your office, or virtually. In-home psychotherapy is offered with assured availability for Concierge clients when clinically appropriate.

Concierge Psychotherapy is available in Greenwood Village, Denver, and Colorado Springs, along with virtual sessions statewide.

Individual psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as well as are grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and tools from Buddhist Psychology.

These evidence-based methods support clients in observing habitual patterns, strengthen coping strategies and build practical skills for transformation . Sessions are grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and Buddhist psychology which invite attention to the integration of mind, body and spirit.

Clients are welcome to bring their own spiritual practices into the process when those traditions feel meaningful to their work.

Individual psychotherapy is available virtually across Colorado. In-person sessions are offered in Greenwood Village, Denver, and Colorado Springs.

In-home psychotherapy may be available for individual clients when clinically appropriate and is offered on a limited basis. Availability varies by service type and location and is determined collaboratively as part of treatment planning.

Couples PsychoTherapy

Couples psychotherapy draws from Family Systems Theory, including Bowenian and Structural approaches and integrates evidence-based tools to help partners manage conflict more effectively, develop coping strategies and repair trust.

Underscoring these aspects are the relational foundations of Buddhist psychology and Transpersonal Psychology, which view the relationship as a living system which fosters partners’ attunement, insight and intentional interaction.

Couples are welcome to bring their own spiritual traditions into the therapy space should these practices provide meaning and depth to the partnership.
