Where The Work Begins
Thoughtful Psychotherapy, Intentionally Structured.
Psychotherapy at The Modern Insight is designed with intention. Our private-pay practice is built around thoughtful, consistent care rather than high client volume. By maintaining a deliberately limited caseload, sessions remain unhurried and focused, allowing individuals and couples the space to explore meaningful change.
Clients may choose standard psychotherapy services or the concierge psychotherapy service, which provides priority scheduling, extended session options, coordination with other providers when appropriate as well as an in-home option. Each structure reflects the same commitment: careful clinical work delivered with professionalism, discretion and clarity.
Concierge Psychotherapy at The Modern Insight is designed for individuals and couples who prefer a more flexible and responsive structure of care. Because the practice maintains a deliberately limited caseload, clients receive priority scheduling and greater continuity between sessions.
Responses arrive the same day. Sessions are typically available within the week. Intake is completed online to confirm clinical fit before beginning.
Our work together begins with a 75-minute intake. Ongoing sessions are structured monthly as four 50-minute sessions or two 90-minute sessions, with the option to extend to 120 minutes when clinically appropriate. Care includes priority scheduling, same-week availability, and same-day sessions when needed.
Between sessions are a small number of brief check-ins. Not to accelerate outcomes, but to stay oriented and remain in contact with the work as it settles.
Concierge clients may meet in one of three settings:
• Virtually, from anywhere in Colorado
• In their home or private office, when clinically appropriate
• In a private, professionally curated therapy setting in the Denver or Colorado Springs area
In-home and in-person sessions are available following an initial virtual intake.
The structure allows the format of care to adapt while the work itself remains steady.
Concierge Psychotherapy is available in Greenwood Village, Denver, and Colorado Springs, along with virtual sessions statewide.

Psychotherapy at The Modern Insight begins with a conversation.
You are welcome to request a brief consultation to allow space to explore alignment in goals and consider whether the approach offered resonates with what you are seeking.
A limited number of clients are accepted at any given time.
Individual psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as well as are grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and tools from Buddhist Psychology.
These evidence-based methods support clients in observing habitual patterns, strengthen coping strategies and build practical skills for transformation . Sessions are grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and Buddhist psychology which invite attention to the integration of mind, body and spirit.
Clients are welcome to bring their own spiritual practices into the process when those traditions feel meaningful to their work.
Sessions begin with a 75-minute intake and continue in 50 minute sessions, with extended 90 or 120 minute options available when needed.
Individual psychotherapy is available virtually across Colorado. In-person sessions are offered in Greenwood Village, Denver, and Colorado Springs.
In-home psychotherapy may be available for standard individual clients when clinically appropriate and is offered on a limited basis. Availability varies by service type and location and is determined collaboratively as part of treatment planning.
Couples PsychoTherapy
Couples psychotherapy draws from Family Systems Theory, including Bowenian and Structural approaches and integrates evidence-based tools to help partners manage conflict more effectively, develop coping strategies and repair trust.
Underscoring these aspects are the relational foundations of Buddhist psychology and Transpersonal Psychology, which view the relationship as a living system which fosters partners’ attunement, insight and intentional interaction.
Couples are welcome to bring their own spiritual traditions into the therapy space should these practices provide meaning and depth to the partnership.
