Concierge Psychotherapy
Concierge Psychotherapy at The Modern Insight is structured around discretion, flexibility and continuity, allowing the work to unfold with greater focus.
It is designed for individuals and couples navigating high levels of responsibility and demand who require a more adaptable approach to care that can integrate into the realities of their lives.
Responses arrive the same day, with sessions typically available within the week. Scheduling remains flexible, including same-day sessions when needed.
Our work together begins with a 75-minute intake. Intake is completed online to confirm clinical fit before beginning.
Ongoing sessions are structured monthly as four 50-minute sessions or two 90-minute sessions, with the option to extend to 120 minutes when clinically appropriate.
Between sessions are a small number of brief check-ins to stay oriented and maintain continuity.
Sessions may take place in one of three settings:
• Virtually, from anywhere in Colorado
• In their home or private office, when clinically appropriate
• In a private, professionally curated therapy setting in the Denver or Colorado Springs area
In-home and in-person sessions are available following an initial virtual intake.
Concierge Psychotherapy is available in Greenwood Village, Denver, and Colorado Springs, along with virtual sessions statewide.
Care remains consistent across settings, with the structure adapting as needed while the work remains steadfast.

These evidence-based methods support clients in observing habitual patterns, strengthen coping strategies and build practical skills for transformation . Sessions are grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and Buddhist psychology which invite attention to the integration of mind, body and spirit.
Clients are welcome to bring their own spiritual practices into the process when those traditions feel meaningful to their work.

Couples PsychoTherapy
Couples psychotherapy draws from Family Systems Theory, including Bowenian and Structural approaches and integrates evidence-based tools to help partners manage conflict more effectively, develop coping strategies and repair trust.
Underscoring these aspects are the relational foundations of Buddhist psychology and Transpersonal Psychology, which view the relationship as a living system which fosters partners’ attunement, insight and intentional interaction.
Couples are welcome to bring their own spiritual traditions into the therapy space should these practices provide meaning and depth to the partnership.
