Concierge Psychotherapy

for Individuals, Couples & Families in Colorado and North Carolina

This is not a practice built around quick solutions. The work moves at a different pace. It allows space to think, to reflect and understand what is happening beneath the surface.

Many people who arrive at The Modern Insight are capable and self-aware. From the outside, their lives appear stable and successful. Internally, something feels off. There may be the pressure that never quite lifts, a sense of disconnection in relationships or a quiet recognition that things are no longer working in the way they once did.

The Modern Insight offers concierge psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families across Colorado and North Carolina with care that is structured with attention to discretion; with sessions that can be arranged in ways that fit the realities of daily life.

The Modern Insight is intentionally structured with a limited caseload in order to support depth and continuity. This allows for a more flexible approach to scheduling, including the ability to accommodate sessions within the same week or same day when needed.

Sessions are not confined to a standard format dictated by outsiders. Extended sessions are available when more time is needed. Some people prefer a consistent weekly time during regular business hours, while others need evening and weekend availability that can adjust around travel, work or family demands.

Sessions may be held virtually or in the client’s home or office in the Denver or Colorado Springs area. Communication remains confidential and consistent, without the delays common in more traditional therapy practices. Concierge psychotherapy at The Modern Insight is not defined by session count alone, but by the ability to move between settings without disruption to the work.

This model is designed for those who are looking for a more considered and supported therapeutic process, where attention is not divided and the work unfolds with intention.

Psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families who appear to be functioning,
